In a small saucepan combine the water and sugar. Turn the heat up to medium high and whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Turn the heat up to high and allow the mixture to get to a boil. Then boil until it reduces by half. This take about 5-10 minutes boiling time.
Once the sugar mixture is done, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool a bit as you mix the rest of the drink.
In a large pitcher mix the 3 juices. Stir to combine.
Add in the sugar mixture and stir again.
Pour the mixture into 4 ice trays. You wont use all the juice.
Place the 4 ice trays in the freezer and allow them to freeze and set for at least 8 hours.
Take the leftover juice in an airtight container and place in the fridge. You will use this extra juice to help blend up the ice cubes.
After 8 hours, place the ice cubes in a blender. Pour the juice on top. Having liquid in the blender will help your blender make a nice and smooth slush.
