Beat the heat with this refreshing blackberry mint lemonade! Made with fresh lemon juice, ripe blackberries, and mint, it's the perfect summer drink.

Instructions
Squeeze about 10 lemons to get 2 cups of fresh lemon juice.
In a blender, add 3 cups of water, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2.5 ounces of mint leaves, and 2 cups of blackberries.
Pulse in a blender for 30 seconds.
Pour the blackberry mint liquid through a mesh strainer into a pitcher and remove any large pieces.
Add 2 cups of lemon juice and stir until well combined. Pour the lemonade over tall cups filled with ice. Enjoy!
