Instructions
Add a saucepan to your stove top and add 1 cup fresh cranberries, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 deseeded and finely chopped jalapeno and 1 pinch of sea salt. Stir to combine.
Cook over medium-high heat until the mixture reaches a simmer. Allow to cook for 5 minutes or until the cranberries burst.
Stir the mixture to help break up the cranberries. Set it aside and allow it to cool.
Remove the cream cheese from the fridge and allow it to soften while the jam cools.
Spread the softened cream cheese out on a serving platter.
Spoon the cranberry jam on top of the cream cheese.
