Start by firing up your grill to high heat and cut a fresh pineapple into long spears. Paint the pineapple with a bit of olive oil using a pastry brush.
Place the pineapple on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, flip, and cook another 5 minutes.
While the pineapple is cooking, mix the sweet glaze in a small bowl mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup honey.
As soon as the pineapple has grill marks on both sides, remove from the heat and paint on the sweet glaze while the fruit is still hot. Serve warm.
