Firecracker Mocktail with Watermelon Star Garnish
Party it up with this Firecracker Mocktail! A fruity, fizzy punch made with cranberry, orange juice, and sparkling water. Topped with sweet watermelon stars for a festive twist.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups sparkling water
- sugar for rim
- watermelon cut in stars
Instructions
- In a pitcher combine 2 cups orange juice, 2 cups cranberry juice and 2 cups soda water. Mix to combine.
- Dip each glass in corn syrup or simple syrup and press lightly into sugar to coat the rim.
- Cut watermelon pieces into small star shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Add ice to the cups and evenly divide the juice into each cup.
- Top with a star shaped watermelon piece on the side of the cup. Enjoy!
