This is a rich and creamy dessert, a mix between hot chocolate and ice cream. This is a match made in heaven!
Ingredients

heavy cream

whole milk

semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, place milk and cream
Stir while adding chocolate chips
Continue stirring until the chocolate is melted
Get out whisk and whisk quickly until smooth
Cool down, then pour into a container and freeze for at least 8 hours
Once frozen, remove from the freezer. Using an ice cream scoop, remove the frozen hot chocolate and place in a blender
Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth
Serve immediately
