Ganache
This ganache works as a drip, filling or drizzle. It also works with any type of chocolate chip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp whole milk
Instructions
- Place chocolate chips & butter in a glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly. Repeat
- After stirring, if chocolate isn't fully melted repeat a third time, but be sure to not over melt. Often times the chocolate will continue to melt while stirring without additional heat.
- Whisk in whole milk until smooth
