This cheesy Crack Breakfast Casserole is loaded with bacon, ranch, eggs, and tater tots. Being baked to golden perfection for the ultimate make-ahead breakfast or brunch dish.

Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and preparing a 9x13 baking dish by spraying it with non-stick spray.
Cook your bacon, either on a stovetop with a skillet or in the oven on a cookie sheet, until crispy. Typically, I bake in the oven for less mess. To bake the bacon, line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, lay the bacon flat in a single layer on the sheet, and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl add 8 eggs, 1 1/2 cup milk, whisk until combined. Add the 1 oz. Ranch dressing packet and 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until combined.
Chop the cooked bacon into small bits and add to the egg mixture.
Pour the frozen tater tots into the prepared baking pan and pour the egg mixture on top.
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour. Remove and allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
