Quick Lucky Charms Bars- Kid-Friendly Snack!

Your favorite childhood cereal, Lucky Charms, transformed into a no-bake, marshmallowy dream bar!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups Lucky Charm's cereal
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Pour 5 cups of Lucky Charm cereal into a large bowl
  • Melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour the marshmallow mixture over the Lucky Charm cereal and stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
  • Spread the coated cereal onto a parchment-lined surface. Top with another sheet of parchment paper and press to your desired thickness. Remove the top parchment.
  • While the cereal is setting, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave.
  • Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir thoroughly. Heat for another 30 seconds and stir until completely melted.
  • Once the cereal treat is set, cut into rectangle bars.
  • Dip each bar into the melted white chocolate and place them chocolate side down on a parchment paper.
  • Let bars set at room temperature or freeze for 5-10 minutes until firm. Enjoy!
