Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients: 3 1/4 cup milk, 3 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 2 tbsp vanilla extract.
Pour into the Ninja Slushi and choose the milkshake button. Allow to chill and churn for 30-45 minutes.
