A simple no-bake recipe, waffle cones filled with berries and topped with homemade whipped cream.

heavy whipping cream

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

Instructions
Wash berries and chop if necessary (if using strawberries or other larger berries)
Place in the cones
In a small mixing bowl combine cream, sugar and vanilla extract
Whip with a hand mixer until it reaches stiff peak
Scoop a generous scoop of freshly whipped cream on the top of each cone
Serve immediately
