Instructions
Start by preparing your butter caramel sauce by following the instructions.
Add 1 cup of chopped pecans to the butter caramel sauce and set aside.
Cut the brioche bread into thick, 1-inch slices.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp granulated sugar
Place a frypan on the stovetop over medium heat, allow the pan to heat up.
Grease the pan with non-stick spray or butter.
Dip a brioche slice into the egg mixture, flip it over, and soak both sides.
Place the soaked bread in the fry pan and cook for a few minutes, flip, and cook the other side.
Once all the toast is cooked, serve with a generous pour of pecan butter caramel sauce.
