Simple chocolate ice cream pie with Oreo cookie crust, creamy chocolate ice cream, and a decadent topping of hot fudge and chopped Oreo cookies. It's the perfect summer dessert that's both easy to make and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

Crust

1 package Oreos
4 tbsp melted butter

Filling

1 carton chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup hot fudge
5 Oreos chopped
1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
In a hand food processor, chop up the package of Oreos to a fine crumb.
Stir in the melted butter until it looks like a wet sand
Press the crust into a greased pie dish, bake for 10 minutes.
Remove and allow the cool while the ice cream sits and thaws
Scoop the ice cream into the pie shell and spread until even.
Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set.
Remove from the freezer and top with chopped Oreos, warmed hot fudge and whipped cream.
