evaporated milk

unsalted butter

granulated sugar

dark chocolate chips

vanilla extract

Instructions
Place a medium sauce pan on a stove top over medium low heat
Add evaporated milk, butter, sugar. Stir over heat until everything is melted and blended together
Pour in chocolate chips, stir until smooth
Add vanilla & mini marshmallows. Stir until completely melted
Pour into a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper
Cool completely before slicing (1-2 hours)
