This guacamole is my favorite! The twist of feta cheese makes it an absolute show-stopper!
Ingredients

cup
grape tomatoes
1/4
cup
red onion
**chopped
2
garlic cloves
**grated
2
tbsp
fresh lime juice
1
tbsp
white wine vinegar
1/4
cup
cilantro
**chopped

large avocados

ounce
feta cheese

Instructions
Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Place them in a medium bowl
Chop the red onion into tiny bits and add it to the bowl
Grate the garlic & add with the tomatoes and onion
Squeeze the lime juice over the top and stir all the ingredients together
Add the vinegar and stir again
Chop up the cilantro and pour it into the bowl
Dice the avocados (don't mash) and place them in the bowl. Stir everything together.
Top it all with the feta cheese and fold it in.
Cover the bowl and place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld.
Serve with chips!
