This savory french toast casserole is an easy overnight casserole that brings a delicious savory dish to any breakfast or brunch.

Instructions
Grease a 9x13 pan
Fully cook the sausage on the stove top and chop up
Tear the bread into chunks and place in the greased pan
In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard & mushroom soup
Pour soup mixture over the bread pieces and sprinkle the chopped sausage links on top
Sprinkle on the shredded cheese over the casserole and fold all the ingredients together inside the pan
Cover the casserole with tinfoil and place it in the fridge overnight
In the morning, preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Place the casserole in the oven uncovered and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes
Once finished baking, allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving.
