S'more Cereal Bars Recipe
Can't have a campfire? Well, these s'more cereal bars are as close to the real thing as you can get. In fact, the graham to chocolate to marshmallow ratio might even be better.
Ingredients
- 12 tbsp browned butter
- 12 ounces marshmallow
- 12 cups golden graham cereal
- 8 ounces mini marshmallows
- 10 ounces mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Measure out 12 cups of Golden Graham Cereal into a large bowl.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add the butter over medium high heat. Allow the butter to boil and then froth up, once the butter stops making popping sounds, it is done. When you stir it, there should be brown flecks.
- Add the 12 ounces of marshmallows and stir until all melted.
- Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the measured out cereal and stir until it is all coated.
- Fold in the 8 ounces of mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips.
- Once combined, pour the cereal treat out onto a parchment paper.
- Press the cereal down to your desired thickness. Allow the treat to cool a bit before slicing.
