Ingredients 

Tomato Sauce

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 bottle Ragu or other marinara sauce
  • 1 cup water

Cheese Filling

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 24 ounces cottage cheese
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese separated
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • salt & pepper to taste

Noodles

  • 12 lasagna noodles

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees

  • After 40 minutes, remove the tinfoil and continue baking for 15 minutes.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and allow the lasagna to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
