The Chemistry of Energy Protein Bites

The combination of peanut butter and oats provides a steady release of energy due to the mix of healthy fats, protein, and complex carbohydrates. Chia seeds add a boot of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber, which contribute to keeping you fuller for longer. Using a food processor to blend the ingredients ensures a smooth consistency and helps the flavors meld together. The natural sweetness from honey binds the ingredients and adds a quick source of energy, making these bites both tasty and functional.
