How do you ensure smooth & creamy fudge?

The key is in constant stirring and not rushing the cooking process. I cook all candy on low heat, slowly. Ensure all sugar is completely melted, and avoid over cooking to maintain smooth texture.

Can you add nuts or other mix-ins to milk chocolate fudge?

Absolutely! Adding nuts, dried fruit, or even a swirl of peanut butter can give an extra texture and flavor to the fudge.

How do you cut fudge cleanly?

For clean cuts, use a sharp knife and wipe it clean between cuts. If the fudge is too soft, chilling it briefly in the freezer can help.

How do you store milk chocolate fudge and how long does it last?

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. For longer storage, refrigerate it. Just make sure you keep the fudge covered well so that it does not absorb other flavors from the fridge.
